"Hello. My name is Rebecca and I met you at the Montecito Farmers
Market. I am the chef who talked to you about the cheesecakes.
I bought a jar of your pear jam
( thank your husband for the recommendation!)
I was making a pork roast for dinner and decided to use your pear jam as a
glaze. I seasoned with a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper and
just a touch of onion powder. I used your jam straight from the
refrigerator and covered the with about an eighth inch layer.
Sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon and roasted.. It was wonderful!
